Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made on Adda24 Store are considered final and non-refundable.

Digital Products

Once a digital product is purchased and access or download is provided:

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued

• Cancellation is not possible after delivery

• This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned once accessed

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The digital product was not delivered

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible

• Technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved by our support team

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proof of the issue. We will attempt to resolve the problem by providing a replacement or corrected file before considering a refund.

Misuse & Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or misuse of digital content may result in account suspension and legal action if necessary.
